Job Description
An independent, not-for-profit health system in Northeast Oregon is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner to join its dedicated and collegial team. This 501(c)3 organization includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics, serving a regional population of approximately 25,000 residents.
Position Details
- Full-time, permanent role
- Flexible scheduling with 10–12 hour shifts
- Average 15–20 patients per day
- Scribe provided for providers averaging 15+ patients daily
- On-site X-ray and 6 exam rooms
- EPIC EMR
- Requires at least 1 year of NP experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation opportunity of $173,000+
- RVU production bonus based on annual threshold
- Up to $18,500 annually in quality incentives
- $20,000 commencement bonus
- $8,000 annual CME allowance (includes licensing, dues, subscriptions) + paid CME time
