Job Description
A well-established urgent care clinic in southern New Mexico is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team. This community offers a relaxed lifestyle, affordable living, and easy access to larger metro areas, approximately an hour from Las Cruces and within a reasonable drive to El Paso, Tucson, and Albuquerque, making it an ideal blend of small-town comfort and urban convenience.

Position Details
- Full-time position
- 12-hour shifts (additional shift options may open with new clinic locations)
- Clinic hours:
- Monday–Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing physical examinations
- Obtaining medical histories
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic and laboratory tests
- Managing orthopedic injuries, including splinting and casting
- Providing care consistent with Urgent Care, Family Medicine, and Work Comp settings
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Must be confident working independently
- Family Nurse Practitioner certification required; must be experienced treating patients from pediatrics through geriatrics
- DOT Certification required (may be obtained within 45 days of hire)
