(Login for Information) is dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative technology services nationwide. We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner for a contract opportunity with an exceptional Occupational / Primary Care Healthcare company in Tampa, FL.

• Contract Length: 4 weeks with potential extension
• Pay rate: $70 - $80 an hour
• Start date: 02-09
• Schedule: DAYS – Monday through Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (with 30 minute lunch daily)
• Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Primary Care Clinic with 15 – 30 patients per day on average. 
• Provide Primary Care + Acute Episodic Care to patients 18 years or older.
• Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
• Provide or manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provides nursing, triage, and primary care for employees in the Primary Health Clinic.

Requirements:

• 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience required.
• Experience with Primary Care and Episodic Care desired.
• RN license in FL or compact required. NP License in FL required.
• BLS or CPR certification required.
• DEA certification required.
