The trauma surgery nurse practitioner will provide inpatient and OR coverage across day shifts, night shifts, and call at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Montana. The clinician will manage a caseload of 10 patients per day, delivering acute trauma surgery care in both inpatient and operating room settings. Call coverage is required with a 1:1 call ratio.
