A reputable healthcare system?located 2 1/2 hours east of Seattle, Washington, is seeking a dedicated and skilled?Total Joint Orthopedic Physician Assistant?to join its team. This is a full-time position offering a generous salary and comprehensive benefits. The role focuses on providing exceptional patient care, assisting in surgeries, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support orthopedic health.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $63.94 - $77.40 per hour
- In addition to the base salary, employees may receive additional compensation based on call pay and extra shift incentives as applicable.

Job Duties:
- Provide specialized health care, including examination, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic and acute conditions and injuries.
- Assist in surgeries, including providing first-assist support.
- Counsel patients and families, addressing physical and emotional health issues.
- Participate in health promotional activities, community events, and committee work.
- Engage in clinical care planning and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Record statistics and participate in research as needed.
- Collaborate with staff and physicians to develop care plans tailored to patients&' needs.
- Maintain active Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required: NCCPA Certification
Preferred:
- Orthopedic experience as a provider
- First-assist experience in surgical settings
