Job Description
A reputable and well-established healthcare system located just north of Boston is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its Neurosurgery team for a rotating nights/weekends position. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-acuity, collaborative environment with a team of 17 experienced NPs and PAs across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Position Highlights:
- Work three 13-hour shifts per week
- Rotating nights/weekends; either weekend days or weekend nights ($150 stipend for night shift)
- Rounding responsibilities in the ICU, PCU, and neurosurgery floor
- Manage a daily census of 25–45 patients (excluding consults)
- Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons and advanced practice providers
Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner license required
- Must have Neurosurgery or inpatient surgical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Compensation and Benefits:
