CVT Surgery APP Locums Job | 1-3 Days of Coverage in Northern Virginia starting ASAP | CVICU, Stepdown, 12-Hour Inpatient Shifts with No Call

Jackson and Coker's valued client in northern Virginia is seeking 1-2 CVT Surgery trained PA's and/or NPs to assist with weekday 12-hour inpatient coverage starting ASAP (likely mid-March + ongoing). They're seeking providers that can offer a minimum of 1 shift per week and up to 3 shifts per week, ideally. Candidates must hold an active Board Certification and have worked in a CVICU and/or in CT Surgery ORs for a minimum of 1 year to be considered. Are you available? 

Coverage Needed:
* Seeking 1–2 candidates able to cover a minimum of one 12-hour shift per week, with the option to cover up to three
* Primarily weekday coverage with occasional weekend rotation
* Shifts are 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; no night or weekend call required
* Primary coverage in the CVICU and Step-Down Unit; CT Surgery OR first assist if trained/experienced

Details/Requirements #113617:
- Active & unrestricted Virginia license + DEA required 
- Current ACLS + BLS certifications required 
- Coverage starting ASAP, pending 35-45 day privileging process 
- Shifts are 7A-7P, seeking 1-2 candidates who can offer a minimum of 1 day per week & up to 3 
- Duties: comprehensive care of complex CVT pre- and post-operative surgical patients, post-op management, patient assessment, treatment planning, diagnostic ordering/interpreting, medication management, bedside procedures within scope, patient education and discharge, documentation, and collaboration with CVT surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
- Facility detail: 300+ bed facility, mid-sized program offering full-service CT Surgery for the community, Epic EMR, designated trauma program
