Daily responsibilities include assisting with cardiovascular surgical procedures, managing patient care throughout the surgical continuum, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. The position requires prescriptive authority and availability for emergency surgical consultations and interventions as needed by the trauma facility's cardiothoracic surgery service line.
