The position requires comprehensive call coverage including nights and weekends with a 1:6 call schedule. The clinician will manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care across inpatient units, operating rooms, and emergency departments. The role involves coordinating treatment plans for cardiac and thoracic surgical patients while maintaining collaboration with surgical teams and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
