A level II trauma facility is seeking a cardiothoracic nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage. They use EPIC EMR.

The facility is located in Colorado.

A cardiovascular APP is needed for 6 months of coverage at a two-physician practice. The provider must be board certified with BLS/ACLS (AHA) and have vein harvesting experience. They will assist with procedures including CABG, MVR, AVR, dissections, fistulas, and thoracic surgeries, managing 23 surgeries per day, 56 inpatient cases, and 35 clinic patients daily. The role includes a rotating on-call scheduleon call for 79 consecutive days, followed by 57 days off.
