Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric care, with the ability to provide comprehensive mental health services to patients across various settings. Duties

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide medication management and monitor patient responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay current with advancements in psychiatric practices

Requirements

• DEA Registration.
• Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing or related fields is preferred
• Strong understanding of case management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
