Northern Light Acadia Hospital is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our community-focused Integrated Behavioral Health team and practice on-site at the beautiful Colby College campus in Waterville, Maine.
Position Highlights:
- Serve a young adult/college student population in a supportive academic environment
- 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday, 9a-5p) with every Friday off
- Option for summers off, aligning with the academic school year
- High level of clinical autonomy as the sole psychiatric practitioner in the program
- Strong collaboration with Colby College’s counseling staff in a team-oriented setting
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of PMHNP experience (2 years preferred)
- Genuine interest in working with college students
- Comfort practicing independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
