PMHNP Part-Time Job in Southern California Starting ASAP through 5/15/26

Details/Requirements:
--PMHNP-Board Certified needed starting ASAP through 5/15/26 for 2-3 days/16-24 hours a week for adult outpatient coverage, all onsite, in Southern California. Patient ages are 17 and up.
--Flexible regarding days/hours as long as they are within 8A-5P, Monday-Friday.
--No holidays and no after hours call on weeknights or weekends.
--Client allows one hour for initial evaluations and 30 minutes for medication follow ups.
--Client has an E.H.R.  So, candidates must be computer savvy.
--Credentialing takes about one week, including the client will need the provider’s CA license, DEA, malpractice insurance, and other credentials prior to starting.
--Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides patient care for students at a college. Works collaboratively with the psychiatrist, medical and counseling providers, and others to provide patient assessment and diagnosis, formulate treatment plans, prescribe medications, order laboratory tests, interpret test results, provide patient education, prepare medical records and refer patients for inpatient care in accordance with statutes, regulations and protocols regulating the profession.  These duties are performed within the framework of authorized policies and protocols providing mental health care to students at the college.
