Nurse Practitioner (Hybrid – Massachusetts)

?? Overview

Our client is a warm, community-centered primary care practice serving a diverse patient population in Framingham, MA. They are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner licensed in Massachusetts to join their primary care team. This hybrid, part-time opportunity is ideal for providers who already hold a full-time role and want to complement their schedule with additional hours.

The position requires one onsite day per week in the Framingham office, combined with telehealth hours during the week and every other Saturday. The clinic primarily serves Portuguese-speaking patients; therefore, Portuguese fluency is mandatory. Spanish-speaking providers are welcome to apply if they are open to actively learning Portuguese.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients ages 12–19 within your training and licensure
• Conduct patient assessments, develop diagnoses, and create treatment plans independently
• Manage acute and chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, asthma, sore throat, etc.)
• Perform annual exams, follow-ups, women’s health visits, urgent visits, and preventive care
• Prescribe medications and order labs or imaging as needed
• Deliver telehealth care on assigned days
• Work onsite once per week (20-min appointment slots)
• Provide telehealth appointments every other Saturday (approx. 5 hours)
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and chart efficiently in a problem-oriented EMR
• Deliver excellent patient service across in-person visits, telehealth, phone, and messaging
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient service

? Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with NP certification
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts (Autonomous) with prescriptive authority
• Minimum 2 years of NP experience in primary care, family medicine, community health, or outpatient settings
• Must reside in Massachusetts and commute to the Framingham office weekly
• Portuguese: Fluent
• Current BLS certification
• Strong EMR proficiency and computer skills
• Availability to work every other Saturday
