Pain Management - NP job located in Long Island, New York

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a growing outpatient Pain and MSK practice with locations in Long Island and Queens in hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner. This is a prime opportunity for a skilled nurse practitioner (NP) with a background in pain management, orthopedics, or physical medicine to join a high-volume, procedure-based practice with established patient flow and physician support.

Practice Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; occasional Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 35–40 patients per day
• Procedures: Trigger point injections, joint injections, cortisone injections
• Autonomy: Opportunity to practice independently following a brief 6-month onboarding and training period
• Practice Setting: 100% outpatient
• Locations: Work between two clinical sites – Richmond Hill (Queens) and New Hyde Park (Long Island)
• Compensation: $130,000 annually
