Seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our outpatient Pain Management and Physical Medicine andamp; Rehabilitation (PMandamp;R) team.If you have a passion for spine, musculoskeletal, and pain management care, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, dynamic environment. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop multi-modality treatment plans. Manage medications and provide ongoing patient follow-up. Utilize EMR systems effectively and maintain strong clinical documentation.
