Full-Time or Part-Time Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

Flexible Locations:
• Bullhead City, AZ
• Lake Havasu City, AZ
• Kingman, AZ

Schedule:
• Outpatient-only practice
• Monday–Thursday (No weekends)
• 40 hours per week (Full-time)
• Flexible part-time options available

Position Highlights:
• Join a growing outpatient pain management practice
• Work directly with an experienced supervising physician and medical director
• Excellent hands-on training in pain management and spine procedures

Requirements:
• Arizona PA or NP license (or eligibility)
• DEA registration (or eligibility)

Compensation:
• Competitive salary (Greater than 75th Percentile)
