Hematology Oncology Nurse Practitioner Locums Job in Washington | Full Time | Start ASAP – Ongoing | Assignment #112783

Coverage Details
-- Start as soon as credentialed
-- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days (clean malpractice history may qualify for expedited privileging)
-- Ongoing assignment
-- Facility will accept multiple providers

Shift Description
-- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Practice Setting
-- Outpatient and inpatient
-- Patients per shift: 15
-- Support staff: 2 RN, 2 MA, 1 APP

Requirements
-- Must be board eligible or board certified
-- Licensed in WA or IMLC
-- ABLS, ACLS, BLS
-- Fellowship preferred
-- Epic/Beacon experience is a plus

Assignment Details
-- Facility Trauma Level: 2
-- 60% oncology / 40% hematology
-- Majority solid tumor cases
-- No leukemia; possible lymphoma
-- EMR: Epic/Beacon (all chemo ordered through treatment plans)
