The nurse practitioner will diagnose and treat work-related injuries while performing pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for private companies and governmental agencies. The position involves evaluating and treating urgent care patients on a walk-in basis, may include overseeing and collaborating with advanced practice providers in the clinic. The clinician will perform in-office procedures, communicate with employers to provide medical guidance, and complete all documentation using AllScripts EMR system while exhibiting professional behaviors including welcoming, skillful, and respectful interactions at all times.
