Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive women’s health care, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, menopause management, and preventive screenings

Conduct physical exams and procedures such as pap smears and diagnostic testing
-
Evaluate and treat conditions like UTIs, hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, and other gynecologic concerns

Manage patient care within our medical weight loss program, supporting safe and sustainable results

Collaborate with our medical director and clinical team on individualized care plans

Educate patients on preventive care, wellness strategies, and health maintenance

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Clinical problem-solving and analytical thinking

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinic
Requirements
-
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new grads from women’s health-focused NP or PA programs considered)

Current Washington license (PA-C, APRN, RN as applicable)

Ideal candidate will have exposure with injections and OB/GYN work or at least a strong interest in Women's Health

DEA registration, NPI, and prescriptive authority in Washington

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Women’s health experience is strongly preferred, but training available for those passionate about serving this patient population

Salary: $140,000 to $150,000/year + sign-on bonus for full-time hires
