Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive women’s health care, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, menopause management, and preventive screenings

• Conduct physical exams and procedures such as pap smears and diagnostic testing

• Evaluate and treat conditions like UTIs, hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, and other gynecologic concerns

• Manage patient care within our medical weight loss program, supporting safe and sustainable results

• Collaborate with our medical director and clinical team on individualized care plans

• Educate patients on preventive care, wellness strategies, and health maintenance

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Clinical problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinic

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new grads from women’s health-focused NP or PA programs considered)

• Current Washington license (PA-C, APRN, RN as applicable)

• Ideal candidate will have exposure with injections and OB/GYN work or at least a strong interest in Women's Health

• DEA registration, NPI, and prescriptive authority in Washington

• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

• Women’s health experience is strongly preferred, but training available for those passionate about serving this patient population

• Salary: $140,000 to $150,000/year + sign-on bonus for full-time hires
