Job Description
We’re looking for a provider to help cover a full-time assignment while a physician is on leave, with potential for extension.
Details:
• 6 weeks of full-time coverage (could extend)
• Outpatient procedures only — no inpatient responsibilities
• No call
• EMR: Epic
• Start: Late April (physician leave begins May 5th)
• Rate: $85/hour
Requirements:
• Board Certified
• Active Indiana license
• 1–2 years of recent experience
