Health Center is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join their OBGYN team in the Boston, MA area. Details: Play a key role in advancing health equity for women in Boston This role is focused on outpatient prenatal, gynecological, and womenand#8217;s health care and#8212; no labor or deliveries Provide outpatient prenatal, postpartum, and gynecological care, including exams, Pap smears, and office procedures Lead Centering Pregnancy group visits for prenatal patients Educate patients on prenatal, postnatal, family planning, and menopause care Collaborate with physicians and hospital partners to ensure continuity of care Document all patient encounters in the electronic medical record system Support health center's mission by delivering high-quality, community-based care Requirements: Bachelorand#8217;s degree in nursing from an accredited institution Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in obstetrics Minimum 2 years of midwifery practice with demonstrated clinical competencies Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification by the American College of Nurse Midwives Strong knowledge of maternal/fetal growth, gynecological care, and midwifery practice standards Ability to assess, treat, and educate patients independently while collaborating with a care team Compensation/Benefits: Competitive salary: $110k-$125k annually Comprehensive health, dental andamp; vision insurance Life and ADandamp;D insurance Employer-funded pension plan 403(b) retirement savings plan Generous PTO, holidays and bereavement leave Loan forgiveness CME allowance Professional development support The Community: Living here offers a vibrant, close-knit community rich in history, culture, and creative energy, paired with the convenience of city living and easy access to the wider region.
