Fee For Service (FFS) language: Compensation is Fee For Service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of minimum $200 hourly and maximum of $210 hourly. This is an independent contractor role and is not eligible for 401(k) plan, health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, LTD, STD, FSA, group term life insurance, and employee assistance program.
