Neonatology PA Locums Job in Michigan | 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts | Beginning ASAP – Ongoing | Assignment #114466

Coverage Details
-- 12-hour shifts: 8AM - 8PM / 8PM - 8AM
-- Night and weekend rotation required
-- No call schedule

Requirements
-- Board certified by a national certifying organization
-- Active Michigan state license
-- BLS
-- NRP
-- Must have prior experience; no new graduates

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Endotracheal intubation
-- Umbilical line placement
-- Ventilatory support
-- Attendance at specified newborn deliveries and stabilization

Assignment Details
-- Inpatient practice setting
-- Average of 12 patients per day
-- Patient population: neonates up to 90 days of age
-- Facility trauma level: Level 3
-- Will work autonomously
-- Neonatologist on-site during day shift hours, 7 days per week
-- NNP autonomous from 4PM–8AM with neonatologist on call
-- Coverage needed due to inability to hire into open positions and unexpected FMLA
-- EMR: Epic
