A mid-sized hospital is seeking neonatal coverage.

The facility is located in Virginia.

This role follows a 24-hour shift model in a busy Level III NICU licensed for 13 beds, with an average census of 1013 patients and approximately 2,600 deliveries annually, including delivery room coverage for at-risk infants. Starting at the end of March 2026, the provider will join two existing FTE neonatologists and work alongside seasoned NNPs, serving as second call within a collaborative team model supported by experienced nursing and ancillary staff.
