Job Description
A thriving, patient-centered primary care practice in Southwestern Connecticut has an opening for an experienced Physician Assistant. This well-established clinic is known for its highly experienced, collaborative care team and strong patient relationships.
Position Details
Setting: 100% Outpatient ? Adult Medicine (18+)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Friday
Call: No call required
What You?ll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients ages 18+
- Conduct routine physical exams and health assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment, education, and care plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment

Qualifications
Certification: NCCPA
Licensure: Eligible for or active Connecticut PA license
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred
