Internal Medicine-Geriatrics - NP job located in Missouri
Job Description
A reputable, value-based geriatric primary care organization with multiple locations across the St. Louis area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Creve Coeur. They prefer candidates with critical care experience due to the complexity of patients. This is an outpatient only position seeing patients ages 65 and up.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $125,000?$150,000 based on experience

Position Highlights:
- Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Outpatient only - no weekends
- Rotating after-hours phone calls one night per week
- Focused on patients ages 65 and older
- Responsibilities include well-checks, preventive care, same-day and sick visits
- Low patient volume: 8?10 patients per day for more personalized care
- ALL Scripts EHR
Qualifications:
- Experience is preferred, but new graduates with strong ICU experience will be considered
- Ability to practice autonomously with the support of a clinical team
