With seven outpatient locations across Orange and Volusia counties, this organization is known for its collaborative culture, low provider turnover, and strong focus on high?quality, patient?centered care. Position Highlights
- Manage a manageable schedule of 8?12 patients per day
- Primary focus on wellness visits and preventative care for adults 65+
- Occasional sick visits for established patients
- Monday-Friday, daytime schedule
- Value?based care model serving Medicare Advantage patients (Humana, CarePlus, Aetna)
- Outpatient-only setting-no nights, weekends, or call requirements

Requirements
- NCCPA certification
