Job Description
A well-established value-based care clinic in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its team, seeing a patient panel of ages 14 and up. The clinic is known for its collaborative environment, low turnover, and strong commitment to work-life balance.

Position Details
- Outpatient-only role
- Patients ages 14 and up
- Mix of well visits and acute care
- Average of 16 patients per day
- Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.?5 p.m.
What You?ll Be Working On
- Managing your own patient panel with a wide range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care
- Treating patients in-office, in testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth
- Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing learning opportunities
- Collaborating daily with in-office teammates through huddles and coordinated care discussions
- Utilizing your clinical training and performing in-office procedures as appropriate
Qualifications
- NCCPA Certification
- 1+ years of experience as a primary care provider required
