Job Description
A reputable healthcare system with locations throughout California&'s Central Valley has an exciting new opportunity available for an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner to work in their PACE Health Clinic and Day Center.?
Practice Features
- Leading compensation and full benefits package
- Provide direct and indirect care to the Participants in the PACE Health Clinic.
- Mostly days with some evening clinic hours when necessary
- Experience treating Adult and Geriatric patients as a provider required and the ability to work independently as the solo provider on occasion
