Job Description
A well-respected, non-for-profit healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join their growing inpatient team. This role is focused exclusively on admissions, working alongside a dedicated group of hospitalists and intensivists to deliver exceptional patient care.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm, 7 on / 7 off to start
- Flexible scheduling available once two APPS are in place
- Caseload: 10–12 admissions per day
- Support: Back-up from hospitalists and intensivists during daytime hours
- Hospital employed position
- Compensation: Salary based on experience + annual quality bonus

Requirements:
- Family, Adult Gerontology, or Acute Care NP Certifications Considered
- Minimum 2 years of hospitalist experience (no new grads considered)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage multiple admissions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
