Hospitalist - NP job located in Illinois
Job Description
An established healthcare system in Central Illinois is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a growing Hospitalist team at a regional medical center in the Champaign?Urbana area. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver high-quality care to observation and inpatient populations.
Position Highlights
- Collaborative team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Hospitalist physicians
- Care for both observation and inpatient hospital patients
- 12-hour shifts, primarily day/evening (7:00 AM ? 7:00 PM)
- 4 weekend shifts per 4-week block
- 3 holidays per year
- Supportive, team-oriented environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Master?s degree in Nursing (Acute Care NP or Family NP required)
- Minimum 2 years of Hospitalist NP experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: $60.72 ? $78.94 per hour
- Final offer based on experience, qualifications, training, and schedule
