Job Description
Join a new kind of team and service that helps families and partners address the challenges of complex health conditions. The group is hiring Palliative Care Nurse Practitioners to work with older adults in nursing homes in several Florida locations, including Fort Myers, Venice, The Villages, Orlando, Port St. Lucie, Ocala, and Jacksonville.
About this Opportunity
- Monday-Friday with eight working daylight hours
- See 18 to 24 patients per day
- Minimal on-call responsibilities
- Current, unrestricted Florida nurse practitioner license
- Ability to obtain DEA licensure/Prescriptive Authority
Compensation and Benefits Offered
- Average provider is making in the $135K range, with some making up to $170K
- Work off a guarantee initially, but quickly transition to productivity pay
- 401K (after 6 months)
- All Licenses covered
- Health insurance
- Malpractice is covered by us 100%
- $3,000 CME budget given each anniversary year, after 1st 90 days
