- 12-hour shifts 8am - 8pm
- Weekend rotation minimum every 3rd weekend
- Expected to manage 3 - 4 patients per hour
- Urgent care facility
- Focus on acute illnesses and injuries
- No chronic care management
- Must stay until all patients seen after 8pm closure
