Practice/Organization Details:
  • Manage a low-volume patient panel of just 3-4 patients per day
  • Mostly in-home health care model with some virtual care available
  • Established clinical care team of 3 other providers with great support staff
  • 4-day work week available with flexible hours to work around your needs
  • Rental/fleet vehicle available for commuting

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • Strong salary range of up to the 70th percentile of MGMA - Anywhere between $125-$150K plus annual bonus
  • Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more
