Job Description
A critical access hospital has a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider. The clinic is in southern MN, and the facility offers relocation assistance. The ideal candidate will have ties to the area.
Duties will include well and sick visits with some call responsibilities.
Provider benefits include 401k, medical/dental/vision, CME allowance and more.
