We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at a cutting-edge primary care clinic in Machesney Park, IL. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. Highlights:

• Manage only 10-14 patients per day
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Predictable workweek with phone-only call

• Fewer administrative tasks
• $130,000 - $155,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications:

• Active license & current ANCCPA or AANP board certification required
• Treat patients 2+ years
