- Call response time required: 30 minutes
- 20 patients per shift
- Hospital setting
- 2nd call/backup coverage with 1:5 call ratio
- Average 3 phone consults and 2 patients seen per 24 hours
- Rounding on assigned patients required
- Hospital privileges required
