Job Description

In a beautiful town in Northwest Colorado, a state-of-the-art 25-bed Critical Access Hospital is seeking a BE/BC Physician Assistant to join their primary care team.

Join a team of 5 providers who deliver care to all of Northwest Colorado, with incredible compensation, autonomy, and work-life balance.

Opportunity Highlights:
  • Base Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000
  • 4-Day Work Week - No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays.
  • Full Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, 4 Weeks PTO + Holidays, $7,500 for CME, 401(a) retirement plan, and more.
  • EPIC EMR.

    *This position requires experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
