A County Corrections is seeking a Family Medicine Physician Associate for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Greeley, Colorado.

This position is Monday through Thursday, working four 10-hour shifts for a 40-hour week. The role includes chronic care and sick visits, with a minimum of 15 patients seen per day, serving both adult male and female patients.

• Case Load/PPD:  Minimum of 15 patients per day
• Support Staff:  5 nurses, charge nurse DON and HSA psych NP 3 days and medical director 1 day per week
• Patient Population:  Adults
