We have a rewarding full-time outpatient opportunity for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate at an employer-sponsored advanced primary care clinic in Watsonville, CA.

• Manage only 10-15 patients per day
• Predictable workweek

• $170,000 - $185,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)

 Qualifications:

• Active NP or PA license (family medicine preferred) 
• Full prescribing ability, including DEA 
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Independent practice experience, including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits
• CPR/BLS certification is required at the time of the start date
