(Login for Information) is seeking a FNP for a locums assignment in West Bend, Wisconsin
Primary/Acute/Occ Med Clinic.
Ages 2 and up.
May 26 - Sept. 4, 2026
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 0830-5p (Lunch 12-1230)
Friday: 06:00 AM - 12:30p (No lunch
Will need work comp experience. Will require ONE full week of shadow training. Would start seeing patients without a trainer on June 1.
Clean WI license
2 years or more of FNP work experience
DEA
DOT Certified
Malpractice, Accommodations provided. Mileage reimbursed.
Providers paid weekly
