Job Description

Job Overview
  • Specialty: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant -CVICU
  • Location: Texas
  • Setting: Inpatient
  • Dates Needed: September – December
  • Shift & Call Details: 7a-7p, 7 days on, 7 off schedule
  • Patient Volume: 5-8 rounding, avg census of practice 35-4
  • Experience Needed: Acute care NP or PA with previous experience managing CT surgery and thoracic surgery pts. Will consider someone with Critical care experience but not Surgery only
  • 1 or 2 other APC on duty at all times during the day. Surgeons available during day and on call MD available after hours as needed
  • EMR:  Epic 
  • Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing and will cover malpractice.
