About the FFACTS Clinic:

FFACTS clinic is a fully integrated care model where patients receive comprehensive HIV/AIDS services in one setting. Our team provides:

• Medical care for HIV/AIDS and related conditions
• Professional case management and life coaching
• Psychiatric services and mental health support
• Substance use counseling

What You’ll Gain:

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed NP or PA (or eligible for licensure in Texas)
• Strong interest in infectious diseases, primary care, or public health

• Desire to make a meaningful impact on a vulnerable population
