Daily responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic medical conditions, providing preventive healthcare services, and coordinating care with behavioral health teams. The position requires managing primary care needs for approximately 30-32 patients on the assigned floor while working day shift hours with no call requirements. The clinician will maintain accurate medical records, collaborate with nursing staff and support personnel, and ensure continuity of care within the specialized behavioral health treatment environment.
