--Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm

-- Onsite Dispensing

-- Primarily OCC Health
-- Clinic model:  1 FT APP, 1, .6 FTE Physical Therapist, 2 FT MA’s, 1 2nd shift LPN, 1 3rd shift LPN/EMT
