Job Description

- 10hr/day split schedule (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri) or 5 days/wk 8hr/day
- Average 20 patients per day, up to 24
- Primary care clinic serving substance abuse and mental illness
- 30 min scheduled appointments morning, walk-ins afternoon
- Float between 2 clinic locations
- Gender affirming care, IUD/Nexplanon insertions, pap smears
- Substance abuse disorders including buprenorphine experience
- 2 years NP/PA experience required

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
