Job Description
Join a culturally rich Community Health Center in Southern Oregon of over 30 providers across two locations that is promoting a true quality of life position.
Position/Benefits
4-Day work week with 32 contact hours
Outpatient role
No in-person call required
Excellent compensation from $130,000 to $180,000 + monthly productivity incentives * Dependent on candidate qualifications
Up to $20,000 sign on and relocation assistance
