A community health center in Dayton, Ohio, is looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join its team.

Job and Clinic details:

• Full-time, outpatient-only position
• The clinic is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm and Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm. Open one Saturday a month from 8:00 am -12 pm

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of experience as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner seeing all ages
• Prescriptive Authority required
• Active Ohio license
