Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) and Neonatologists (NEO)
Position: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join our dedicated team in Tyler Texas, providing exceptional care in a 16-bed Level III NICU.
Position Highlights:
- 24/7 in-house NNP coverage integrated into a physician-led care team
- Collaborate with 2 Neonatologists in a supportive, team-based environment
- State-of-the-art facility with strong interdisciplinary support
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily patient rounds with the neonatology team
- Attend deliveries, providing resuscitation backup as needed
- Perform NICU procedures, including:
- Intubation
- Umbilical line placement
- Chest tube/pigtail insertion
- Lumbar puncture
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000
